          • 2 cups tomato sauce
          • 2 cups water
          • 4 teaspoons dried onions, minced
          • 2 bouillon cubes
          • 1/2 teaspoon salt
          • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
          • 1 teaspoon chili powder

          [edit] Enchiladas

          • 1 pound ground beef or shredded beef
          • 1 medium onion, chopped
          • 2 teaspoons chili powder
          • 1 teaspoon salt
          • 2 tablespoons fat
          • 1/2 pound American or cheddar cheese, grated
          • 12 corn tortillas
          • 1 medium onion, chopped
          • 2 cups enchilada sauce

          [edit] Directions

          1. Mix sauce ingredients together, simmer for 5 minutes.
          2. Cook beef in fat, add onion, chili powder, and salt.
          3. Soften tortillas by dipping one at a time in hot enchilada sauce.
          4. Spoon on filling, roll, then arrange in shallow baking dish, seam side down.
          5. Pour on remaining enchilada sauce, sprinkle with onion and cheese.
          6. Heat at 350° for 15 or 20 minutes or until cheese melts.
