          • 1 cup chocolate wafer crumbs
          • 1/4 cup margarine, melted

          • 2 (8-oz.) packages cream cheese, softened
          • 1/2 cup sugar
          • 1/2 cup mashed ripe banana
          • 2 eggs
          • 1/4 cup chopped walnuts

          • 1/3 cup milk chocolate pieces
          • 1 tablespoon margarine
          • 2 teaspoons cold water

          1. Combine crumbs and margarine; press onto bottom of 9‑inch springform pan.
          2. Bake at 350° for 10 minutes. Cool.

          1. Combine cream cheese, sugar and banana, mixing at medium speed with electric mixer until well blended.
          2. Add eggs, one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
          3. Stir in walnuts; pour over crust.
          4. Bake at 350° for 40 minutes.
          5. Loosen cake from rim of pan; cool before removing rim of pan.

          1. Melt chocolate pieces and margarine with water over low heat, stirring until smooth.
          2. Drizzle over cheesecake.
          3. Chill.
