          • 1 pound elbow macaroni
          • 2 tablespoons olive oil
          • 8 ounces bologna
          • 1/2 stick butter
          • 1/4 cup all purpose flour
          • 2 1/2 cups heavy cream
          • 1 teaspoon granulated onion
          • 1/2 teaspoon granulated garlic
          • 1 teaspoon kosher salt
          • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
          • 8 ounces cheddar cheese, shredded
          • 8 ounces American cheese, sliced
          • 1/2 cup green onion, sliced
          • 1 cup plain breadcrumbs

          1. Preheat oven to 350°.
          2. Boil macaroni according to package directions; drain and rinse under cool water until completely cool.
          3. Coat pasta with olive oil, and set aside.
          4. Cut bologna into 1/4‑inch chunks or smaller, and set aside.
          5. In a tall saucepan, melt butter over medium high heat. Whisk in flour, and cook 1 minute.
          6. Add cream, onion, garlic, salt and pepper. Keep whisking and cook until cheese is completely melted.
          7. Add cheese sauce and bologna to cooked macaroni.
          8. Spray a 10‑inch by 12 1/2‑inch by 2 1/2‑inch roasting pan with a nonstick spray.
          9. Place macaroni mixture in the pan, and top with green onions and bread crumbs.
          10. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes; raise the temperature to 375°, and cook an additional 10 minutes to brown the top.
