My mom makes apple nut cake on special occasions like Christmas and Thanksgiving. And my
Grandmother makes it when she comes down, and that's why I like it so much.

- 2 cups of sugar
- 2 eggs
- 2 cups of flour
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 4 cups of apples

- 1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1 cup of walnuts
- 2/3 cup oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon baking soda

- Mix ingredients thoroughly.
- Put into a greased pan at 350° for 1 hour.
