          To make sauce swirls on a plate, spoon some vanilla sauce onto individual dessert plates. Drop small amounts of another dessert sauce, melted chocolate or strawberry or raspberry jelly from spoon at intervals over vanilla sauce near rim of plate. Draw wooden pick through sauce, swirling through vanilla sauce to create design.

          Serves 4

          • 4 ounces pepperoni, sliced
          • 4 ounces Genoa salami, sliced
          • 4 ounces hot capicola, sliced
          • 4 ounces roasted red bell pepper, sliced
          • 4 ounces mozzarella cheese, sliced
          • romaine hearts, chopped
          • 2 ounces kalamata olives
          • 2 ounces green olives
          • 12 pepperoncini peppers
          • Italian dressing
          • parmigiano reggiano cheese, grated

          [edit] Directions

          1. Julienne pepperoni, salami, hot capicola, mozzarella cheese, and roasted red bell peppers.
          2. Slice olives and pepperoncini peppers.
          3. Line a serving bowl with romaine lettuce.
          4. In a separate bowl, mix all ingredients except for parmigiano reggiano cheese.
          5. Spoon antipasto into lettuce-lined bowl.
          6. Sprinkle with parmigiano reggiano cheese before serving.
